How Count4Me handles calculator inputs, contact messages, and essential cookies.
Calculator inputs
Most calculations send inputs to the server; supported unit conversions can run in your browser. Data sent to the server uses transport encryption when the site is served over HTTPS. We do not save calculation histories or input values in our application database. Avoid entering identifying or sensitive information.
Contact messages
When you contact us, we store the name, email address, and message you provide so an administrator can review and respond. Do not include passwords, payment details, or private health records. You can request deletion through the contact form.
Cookies and local storage
Essential cookies support sessions, form security, administrator sign-in and duplicate-vote prevention. Your browser stores your theme, animation preference, display currency and selected measurement-unit preferences, up to 100 saved calculator identifiers, your five most recent searches, and up to ten recently accessed or used calculator identifiers with access times. Recent calculator history expires after 30 days and is cleared on a later visit. Use Clear history, Clear search history, or remove saved tools to manage these lists. Calculation values are not stored in these lists. Saved and recent identifiers are sent to retrieve current tool names and links; your local search history is not uploaded as a list.
Usage and feedback
We count page views, successful calculations and helpful/not-helpful votes in aggregate, including daily usage totals. These records contain calculator identifiers and counts, not calculation inputs or user profiles. Issue reports store the selected issue type, optional comment and submission time for administrators to review. Please avoid including personal information in comments.
Submitted searches
When you submit a search, we count the normalized search term, number of matches and date in aggregate to improve discovery. Autocomplete keystrokes are not recorded in this report. Terms containing digits or most punctuation are excluded. The report stores no user identifiers. Inactive terms and daily totals are removed after 90 days during scheduled audits.
Sharing links
Share and Copy Link use the base calculator address by default. On selected utility tools you can choose to include whitelisted inputs in the link. Anyone receiving that link can read its parameters; shared parameters may also appear in server access logs.
Technical records
The hosting server may keep access and error logs containing IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps for security and operation. Contact messages and operational records are accessible only to authorized administrators and hosting providers.
Advertising and changes
Live advertising is disabled on this environment. No AdSense advertising requests are made by this site. Privacy settings explains whether a consent provider is configured.
Advertising privacy choices
When advertising is enabled, use Privacy choices to review or withdraw the permissions supported by our consent provider. You can also manage personalized Google advertising in Google Ads Settings, and review how Google handles information from partner sites. Advertising choices do not prevent you from using the calculators.
Visitor statistics
We count public page views and estimate daily visitors using the existing browser session. A keyed session hash changes each day; raw session IDs, IP addresses, referrers, search terms and calculator inputs are not stored in visitor statistics. Page paths are stored without query parameters. Signed-in administrators, known bots and requests carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Scheduled daily maintenance removes session hashes from earlier days and aggregate visitor records older than 90 days. These estimates do not identify individual people.
Performance measurements
Optional browser performance reporting is disabled. No Web Vitals samples are uploaded.
